Having all the info there makes it easy. I would use the view by file option to see what's popular with viewers, like a poll that they vote in by viewing, then I can post related works. Because the design is so consistent and follows a path analogous to interacting with the real world, I find it’s much easier to focus on my task than, say, when I’m using Google docs. Document sharing and managing can be very tedious, especially if one is always watching a dancing hour-glass. I know from experience that many times clients/employers look, but then get busy and forget to go back and reclaim a particular artist/portfolio they meant to save! It always shows initiative when a prospective employee follows up.
